Fabien Cauley
Owner/Installer
The youngest of five children, Fabien Cauley grew up in Brockville, Ontario. He decided to move to the Ottawa area after meeting his wife, Heather, while studying at university. Over the years, he has accumulated over 20 years of experience with business ownership and production coordination. He is very knowledgeable in scheduling, inventory control, quality assurance, report preparation, and quality customer service. Prior to helping Mike open Bronson Johnson Seamless Eavestroughs in 2009, he successfully oversaw contracts in excess of U.S.D. $90 million annually! He has sat on many boards and committees as both chairman and president. Fabien is also involved in the local Ottawa community, volunteering for many years as a coach for his children’s baseball and hockey teams.
Mike Courneya
Owner/Installer
Mike Courneya, also from Brockville, Ontario, graduated from Guelph University with a degree in Agriculture. He worked for many years with the construction and maintenance of golf courses, even living on one for some time, which has contributed to his impeccable eye for detail!
Mike began his entrepreneurial drive at an early age by working in the family-run business. He learned the importance of providing customers with the highest-quality products by watching his family do the same. Through the years, Mike has played a key role as either a consultant and/or owner of various successful business launches. Mike can still remember his father saying, “Hard work and honesty are two things that never go out of style … they are the key ingredient to any successful business!”
Today, Mike still lives by his father’s words of wisdom and brings that same attitude as the owner of Bronson Johnson Seamless Eavestroughs.
