Mike – Founder & Co-Owner
Mike grew up in Brockville, Ontario, where his parents ran a family-owned business. Watching them work hard and serve their community, he first realized he wanted to build something of his own.
After earning a business degree from the University of Guelph, Mike dove headfirst into entrepreneurship, starting and selling several small companies. In 2009, an idea sparked during a hunting trip that would shape the next chapter of his life. That’s when Mike and his hunting buddy, Bronson Johnson, began talking about starting an eavestrough company in Ottawa. What started as a campfire conversation quickly turned into action. Soon after, Mike brought in Fabien Cauley as a business partner, and together they laid the foundation for what would become Bronson Johnson Seamless Eavestroughs.
Today, the company is thriving—something Mike and Fabien are incredibly proud of. His two children, Adam and Justina, now play key roles in helping run day-to-day operations.
He loves fishing with friends and family, whether it’s on a quiet lake or during a weekend getaway. He finds a good round on the golf course to be the perfect way to unwind and recharge. Mike still lives by the motto his father passed down: “If it's a job worth doing, it’s worth doing right.”
